# Refund and Return Policy

## 30-day guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If you are not satisfied, you can return your leggings for a full refund of the item price.

## Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- Unworn and unwashed

- In original condition with tags attached

- Returned in the original packaging

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed or altered.

## How to start a return

Email godwillingcl@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and an address.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

## Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size are free. Email us with your order number and the size you need.

## Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

## Late or missing refunds

If you have not received an approved refund after 14 business days, check with your bank or card provider first, as processing times vary. If it still has not appeared, contact us.

## Faulty items

If your item is faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping, at no cost to you.
